Theory: high-level occult operatives are rewarded with a faked death

I have a theory that very high level operatives/cult members are rewarded with a fake death and a relocation to some sort of hedonistic hideaway to live out the rest of their days… probably code named "Aghartha" and/or "Valhalla"…

The Rosicrucians strategically faked deaths- they called it the "philosophic death".

"According to material available, the supreme council of the Fraternity of the Rose Croix [Rosicrucians] was composed of a certain number of individuals who had died what is known as the “philosophic death.” When the time came for an initiate to enter upon his labors for the Order, he conveniently “died” under somewhat mysterious circumstances.
