Out of interest if this guy failed to do one traffic stop without injury, why put him back on the job to do another and end up killing someone?
Can you get some offical hearing into ICE training practices? They seem to be insufficient for both safety of the officers and community by the looks of things.

Why are they treating vehicles like toys? Grabbing on to a moving vehicle or shooting at its driver is dangerous to anyone in the vicinity.
