A polar vortex is on the way and going to park itself right above MN in a week or so. Temps are going to be in the single digits for the highs, down below -10 at night then add in the windchill and yeah.
There was video of ICE agents walking in a little circle in the middle of a street to stay warm when it was only 28F. They are not going to be able to hand the polar vortex.
