It's probably been about 12 years ago that I saw this yt video. It was of a foreign reporter (I'm pretty sure he had a British accent) I want to say in Alaska but I can't be sure it was Alaska. Anyways, he goes on to talk about and show this cloud making machine. He shows the sky and there is not a cloud in sight it is a nice sunny day. Then he shows the cloud maker which looks like a mister/fogger grid system looking thing (I only say that because idk what else to call it and it is kind of what it looked like, but it clearly did more than just fog things up), then he shows it in action where it makes a cloud, then a time lapse of it rising into the sky and idr how long it was afterwards, but it was no more than 2 hours later (I'm pretty sure it was more like 45 minutes) that same cloud (looked the same), started pouring down rain. While all throughout the video he is explaining how it works, something about ionization. And it's this machine I've found a picture of FINALLY after years of searching. Unfortunately it's a faraway picture compared to the video that was right there at it, the only difference is that the parts that were closer to the ground that made the cloud are now higher up in this pic. Anywho the video is now ✨magically✨ nowhere to be found when it was easy to find years ago. But I just want to make sure I'm not crazy and not the only one who saw it. Sorry my memory is a little fuzzy, I figured it being so easy to find the video that it would eventually be mainstream knowledge and wasn't a secret so I didn't think much about it other than it was wild. But apparently H44RP is claiming it's JUST a fogger machine, and doesn't alter the weather. Riiiight.

  1. I’m pretty convinced that cloud seeding is a regular practice and doesn’t hold ulterior weather manipulation-related control motives, BUT i’m upvoting this solely because it isn’t political bullshit and I’m happy to see it. Keep it up!
