The most common criticism I hear of stopping funding to things like the UN and other Globalist institutions is, the U.S. will lose influence to China.
I think the basic thing that is missed is, China does not give out free money to their enemies, not expecting anything for it, like the U.S. does for Hamas and similar. Few countries do.
There is always some kind of return, sometimes long-term financial, sometimes political, sometimes both.

As it should be. The UN has been a hot piece of garbage for decades now. Time for the worthless anti-Israel rich boy league that calls itself a world peace org and yet hasn’t done anyone in the world a single bit of real good since the 60s, to find a new home or dissolve.
