Also please add Minnesota Secretary of State Steve Simon. He willfully allowed businesses to be registered to PO Boxes. It takes 5 seconds to check an address on Google. Imagine if there was a legitimate legal matter and the Registered Agent’s address is listed as a PO Box. How would you even be able to legally serve the individual papers? Steve Simon needs is either extremely incompetent or complicit in fraud. A majority of these fraudulent business would exist in the first place if the Minnesota Secretary of State would have done their job in the first place.
