The DMV and property taxes fund your ***local*** schools, roads, and infrastructure costs. All not paying that is going to do is wreck your local community. Its your income and federal taxes that go to fund these outlandish programs and inflated military budget

My concern would be those on Social Security and Medicare (inasmuch to the point they get shut down). Do we strangle all those people to death to change the system? Or are we thinking it won’t get that far and things will “reform” before mass deaths/homelessness of that part of the population?
(Dead serious question that I’ve fearfully been wondering about with all the calls for burning down the system.)

While the thought is a good one, you’ll have a hard time getting everyone on board. So even if you dimished tax payments in a considerable sense they will just label your group the enemy, cut the services worth a damn, and continue paying themselves whatever their ridiculous stipend is.
