The whole thing is a joke considering we were the only ones following it for a good couple of decades.
We need to completely rebuild our SLBM inventory so that we have the majority of our Ohio’s stocked with full MIRV loadouts and none of that idiotic 1/3 payload versions we implemented under START. SLBMs are the best form of deterrence, so making them as strong as possible is just common sense.
