From What I remember from pizza gate, this was one of the main clues about the handkerchief in the podesta email. Ritual abuse survivor Kim Noble made many paintings about the experiences, but you notice where the handkerchief is .

I've searched for any type of "Pizza Map" type handkerchief that was described in the email. There are no types of handkerchiefs that have maps of pizza places in a city or state. There are no pizza related map handkerchiefs .
And since this email was to podesta, and they have this history of these types of artwork in their collection, I can only conclude this is what is meant by the email:
*Hi John,
The realtor found a handkerchief (I think it has a map that seems pizza-related. Is it yorus? They can send it if you want. I know you’re busy, so feel free not to respond if it’s not yours or you don’t want it.*
The handkerchief was also used as a sign for sexual preferences back in 70's , they would wear it in a certain pocket , and the color or pattern would be a a sign for others
