I’ve always suspected Courtney Hole.

People forget the fact that he was contemplating leaving the music label at the time. I can think of another famous death that had issues with their parent company too.

Even if you ignore that he wrote songs like “I Hate Myself And Want To Die,” how do you explain his failed suicide attempt in March in Rome? Or later that month when Courtney called police after he locked himself in a room with a .38 and said he was going to kill himself? If she wanted him dead, why not just let him do it instead of having officers take his guns and pills? This has been beaten to death and there’s absolutely zero merit to it. He was manic depressive and relapsed with heroin and hated that he had become a cog in a machine.
