It was also combined with a 3 letter agencys experiment on media control useing AI algorithms to see how fast they can side step basic citizens. And on top of all that another 3 letter agency used all of the above to gauge their position when talking to law enforcement. Basically means they wanted to know if the guys in suits show up will the law enforcement fall in line for go for online fame. France had a major part in this.
