The documents are ordered serially, with the released documents abruptly stopping from 1999-2001. I started to see this shape, thought it curious and put together this visualization using real document volumes and Gemini. Anyone around in 2001 can draw their own conclusions.

but we did see e-mails from 2001, from Ghislane about the towers, etc
