Submission Statement: This is related to energy policy. Cuba is going through a massive energy crisis and now Russia is vowing to bail them out. This will go against the Trump Admin’s vow to shut down all oil going into Cuba. Will be interesting to see if the US seizes the Russian oil ships heading to Cuba.
