Maxwell Has Left The Building

I've been going over the old images of Maxwell, as she starts to enter the American justice system it starts to get weird. She goes from having short hair to long hair and back to short hair, but each time it's a different person that looks sort of similar to her, but it's not her. Even the federal court drawings have a different feel to them as if they are different people. Once she enters federal court there are no cameras so who knows who was in there in her place, I've known for some time that some of these federal trials are meant to appease the public and are like mock trials, pay offs , elite favors, etc. they are so far above the law they even fake their own punishments
