There are supposedly over eight billion people in the world. We all have multiple doppelgängers out there, with some of us having many more than others. Ghislaine is half Jewish, and Ashkenazi Jews have a pretty shallow gene pool, which I think means we(I’m Ashkenazi) probably have more doppelgängers than non Jews.

She spoke in the video and she didn’t have a British accent. She does look similar but like someone else said doppelgangers exist.
