    Wouldn’t Mark Tress be topping that list? Only 20 units and still racked up 650 open violations. That’s crazy! that’s an average of 32.5 violation PER UNIT!!!

    By comparison, number 1 has 450 more open violations but 168 more units which leads to only a 5.8 average violations per unit. Mark Tress has 5.6 time as many violations per unit. It really seems like he’s the worst landlord if they actually pay attention to unit count instead of just violation count.

    Funny enough Tress is very much a European surname, he just owns the least units of the people on this list. Apparently doesn’t maintain them either. Apparently never changed that either.
