I can’t get behind the US citizens surveillance – if that is what is being asked for.
Again, not sure what is truth and what is not. What is the definition of US citizens by Anthropic – but even that is a slippery slope. If this is what was really being asked for by DoW.
I use Ai fairly frequently and while Anthropic is no doubt outstanding, it is not perfect. Are we willing to lose anyone for a bad prompt?

This will get settled in court. Both sides dug in now and hitting pr buttons. If you read this though you can see how concerned they are about the risk designation and they should be.

This will be a very interesting court case. I believe this is the first time a US company has been designated as a “Supply Chain Risk”. We’ll see how fast the courts move on this. I do think the Pentagon will have a tough time on proving their stance/designation. If i’m a betting man I do think Anthropic will win this court case.
