Succs don’t want to hear this, but when you make it near impossible to fire people, it means that people (especially young people) just don’t get hired, which means that they move to working in the grey economy to survive, which is…worse for workers rights.
To have a functioning economy that helps everyone, you need to be able to fire poor performers without having to document a year of PIPs and second chances.
