The 2015 Email

In March 2015 Epstein received an email with most of it blacked out in released files. The visible part reads “Please find attached a draft agenda for the meeting on preparing for pandemics. Let’s discuss next steps, for example how to officially involve the WHO and ICRC — co-branding.”

Five years before COVID. Not responding to a pandemic. Preparing one. Discussing how to make WHO involvement look organic. Co-branding — making a coordinated plan look like an institutional response.

Two months before COVID was declared a pandemic in 2020 — Event 201 ran a simulation of exactly what happened. Hosted by Johns Hopkins, Bill Gates Foundation and the World Economic Forum. They rehearsed the lockdowns, the media strategy, the vaccine deployment. You don’t rehearse what you don’t know is coming.

The Meeting

There’s a documented photo of Epstein sitting with these people at a private gathering —

Ed Boyden — MIT neuroscientist who controls individual neurons using light. Optogenetics. The ability to switch specific brain cells on and off remotely.

Peter Thiel — Palantir. The most comprehensive surveillance system ever built. Used by CIA, NSA and increasingly local law enforcement globally. Processes all data on everyone.

Reid Hoffman — LinkedIn. Every professional’s career, connections, movements and ambitions documented.

Priscilla Chan — Chan Zuckerberg Initiative funding neuroscience research and education reform simultaneously.

The meeting topic — Proteomics.

What is Proteomics and why does it matter

DNA is the blueprint. Proteins are what actually runs everything. Every biological process immune function, brain chemistry, hormone production, consciousness itself is executed by proteins. Proteomics is the study and manipulation of those proteins.

If genetics is the blueprint proteomics is the construction happening in real time. Map it accurately enough and you have a complete biological picture of what’s happening inside a living human body including their cognitive and emotional state. Intervene at that level and you modify the actual machinery producing human consciousness.

The mRNA connection

Before COVID mRNA vaccines had never been approved for human use despite decades of attempts. COVID emergency authorization bypassed the standard approval process. 5.5 billion people then demonstrated that external protein instructions delivered by injection are followed by human cells globally across all ages and ethnicities.

That’s the largest biological proof of concept in human history. The technology works. The population accepted it. The precedent is set for future biological interventions.
