The Iranians flatly stated that if they were attacked by USrael, they would retaliate by hitting BOTH Israel (the primary instigator) and US forces in the region (Israel’s muscle stooge).
The US made it clear that they fully intended to ATTACK IRAN by STATING their intentions, and backing their statements by amassing a huge military force (2 carrier flotillas and countless other forces) on the doorstep of Iran.
