Liberalism: An Introduction

I feel that Liberalism has lost its meaning to the people, and this is a small effort on my part to increase literacy.

The goal of Part One is to communicate what liberalism is in simple terms to people with minimal background knowledge. I would like feedback as to how well I did that.
