Another case of private capital being in favour of some climate action and the US government being the enemy of it. It’s disgusting how the Trump admin is throwing its weight around to stop the carbon emissions levy from going into effect, behaving like a common thug on the world stage.

As someone in maratime industry it’s been pretty grim following this.
The feasibility of any deal through IMO channels is questionable when the world’s largest economy might pull out every election.
