Good. But the gameplan only matters if Senate Republicans are willing to make the chamber hurt until it passes. No zombie filibuster. No theater. Hold the floor and force a choice. Either they mean America First or it was all just campaign karaoke.
They need to vote on this every day they are in session from now until the election (or until it is passed).
