For context: CIA declassified a Cold War weapon called the "heart attack" gun that shot a small dart of ice and shellfish toxin. It was capable of causing a "natural" heart attack, and it would be extremely hard for forensics to find the bullet hole later on. This was in 1975, and Israeli R&D may have replicated it by now.
