They arenāt all in on one grand conspiracy. They are all egomaniacs who will say anything to expand their power and stay relevant. They are all linked in to different conspiracies which intermingle but are fairly distinct. Nobody is in control right now. The world is out of control, and everything is now up for grabs. These talking heads will only agree on a plan if it suits their public position at the time. They are just power people playing power games and fighting for survival.
