I don’t think these two things are directly related. Byron Noem being a crossdressing sub isn’t that big of a deal if it was ANYONE else. Kristi embezzled millions of tax payers money and got a promotion when caught.
That money Byron is spending very well could be some of that tax payers money.
There is also the weirdness of her new role of and this means she has a lot of unchecked power and her husband is owned by fetish models.

I’m convinced the entire story about her husband is made up by Noem. She wants a reason to leave him and go get with her side piece, and instead of just admitting she wants a divorce, she has to ruin his life and make him look like the problem. Noem is evil.
