Rule 10 Submission Statement: At this point, in light of the blatant market manipulation coming out of the White House, I don't think it's going to far to assume that the US government may also be selectively awarding contracts and pulling levers of influence through foreign policy to benefit the family and friends of the president, as well. The most overtly corrupt administration in US history.
