This reminds me of in Game of Thrones when Theon was screaming at the top of his lungs and making that hard speech about how they were going to go down in a blaze of glory and be remembered for all time and then somebody knocked him the fuck out. But fiction is fiction, nobody is coming to stop the fool from dooming us all.
Of course in the story, those guys were flayed alive after I think.

Trump doesn’t read—apparently that super big, beautiful brain of his doesn’t need new information. If Don had ever cracked open a history book or two, he might’ve noticed that plenty of people have tried that with Persia before—and failed. You can kill civilians, sure, but you can’t bomb an idea out of existence. It doesn’t work like that—this isn’t diddling kids.
Get ready for the price of gas to double or triple at the pump, and for the body bags to start coming back from the Middle East en masse. Inflation, mass layoffs, an economic depression, lockdowns, and a Patriot Act 2.0 should follow close behind.
