The public doesn’t give a shit about this really. If we find science and student visa to prior levels it won’t hurt us. We need to take a page out of maga first 3 months of a dem administration instead of trying to broker a bipartisan compromise in which republicans string us along for months wasting the precious time we have with a trifecta we need to flood the zone with democratic legislation. Pass dc and anti gerrymandering in the same month. Raise taxes for the fish and fund science research the next. Just keep it coming if they can’t focus on one thing it’s harder to brainwash these broadly inoffensive plans into some country ending crisis

MAGA have always been the real, the more damaging cancel culture people and we all know it, yet because DSA said something out of touch or some random ass leftists on twitter said something stupid, the entire liberal spectrum is supposed to “moderate and accept difference in thought” according to Bari Weiss and Bill Maher.
The damage done to the United States by MAGA, especially in sectors where it led, research and technology, will be long-lasting. All of this just to harm people they just can’t bring to accept as fellow human beings.
