Sadly, as loudly as we might say the strait is open or some members of Iran’s government say the same, so long as significant IRGC forces disagree the insurance prices will stay up and the strait will effectively stay closed. No one wants to risk sailing a very expensive and slow moving fire hazard through when they might see a sky full of cheap drones or anti ship missiles coming to wreck their day
