Came across the Bill Ryan guy who had interview with the guy who claims that the world is run by 33 major bloodlines that act like a gatekeepers or some sort of a caretakers of the human race. They are in control over 17000 years.
But then he goes to say that human race is actually a project or an experiment to modify DNA or genome. They care about human genome, but they don't care about individuals.
Rather than making the DNA in a "laboratory", they let it develop under natural conditions over a long period of time using planet Earth as a controlled environment.
Also there is a term called purists – part of that group that have a principle of not interfering, they allow information to be there for everyone to consume. If you didn't looked it up and searched it's on you, it's your fault, because all the information is out there.

So, anyway it's interesting read, i have not gone through reddit history to see how many times it's already have been discussed or debunked. Maybe people can add something to it. I thought i will throw it here, maybe something interesting will come up.
