I think Britain does have a real and growing antisemitism problem, and one of the article’s strongest points is that too many people instinctively treat antisemitic incidents as something to explain away rather than confront directly.
The piece argues that parts of both the activist left and populist right have contributed to an environment where British Jews increasingly feel isolated and unsafe, while mainstream institutions still seem uncomfortable discussing the problem consistently or honestly. Whether you agree with every argument in it or not, I think it’s worth reading given the broader political trends we’re seeing in the UK right now.
