People laughing at this child, calling it "art" and saying that this is normal behavior to draw all over a frowning shirtless child. (I understand it doesn't mean it was sexual, but if he was drawing on this child and the child didn't seem overly happy about it, it's fair to say that it would be a form of child abuse, no? But I guess I should be "sued" and laughed at, right?
