Is North Korea The Only Large organized Nation that is not a part of the world bank because it has nukes to defend itself from a regime change to “Democracy”

Plenty of countries are in the IMF/WB that do much worse things to their people than the North Korean regime does. Also remember that a lot of the material struggles in North Korea are because they’re in theory 100% sanctioned by most countries, including China. Theocratic Islam societies and extremely segregated African Nations are all part of the IMF. They don’t get any anywhere near the shunning that North Korea gets.
