Two questions for the group:
1) why is noone talking about the fact that if you give everyone 25k for homes, in quick pace, the price of homes will rise by about the same amount (net neutral) but will result in a larger taxable home value ultimately making people you tried to help poorer?
2) can you even change someone's opinion anymore?
