If you can be ID’d before going into a club, you can be ID’d before going onto a website. Hope to see every red state following suit. Too many kids are getting their brains fried by this stuff, and a hurdle like this is enough to keep most at bay.
We don’t use the “it’s the parents’ job” excuse to let bars admit 13 year olds either.

In person or online alcohol sales require ID, and having other age restricted things, like porn, follow the same principle is just common sense.
The only real argument against this is from the porn industry, which operates like the tobacco industry intentionally getting kids addicted to ensure future customers.

Make it where legal adults can verify online without having to use a damn VPN each time to even access sites
