Section 10201 of the Big Beautiful Bill cuts up to $2.2 billion in funding from the US Forest Service

It is unobligated funds however, so I doubt the entire $2.2 billion will be recovered, however it is six years early as the original end date for recovering unallocated funding was set in 2031.

The funding was administrative costs, planting trees, climate change incentives, NEPA, and forestry management.
