Best I can gather, the guest is trying to suggest having achievers regardless of age participate in groups of similar intellectual ability? Thereby eliminating the grade system, I think? Oh and the guest is some guy who is a current law student and not someone vested in education policy.
Beyond that, we get some tired and lazy statements about wacky SF eduction policies. Which I thought was no longer the case since residents recalled the crazies from the school board. But hey, got launder those priors.
Was any discussion or vetting done of the guest prior about what they are trying to do. Because all we got is a bunch of nonsense that doesn’t go anywhere.
