Why is X, the free speech platform, using Stripe to pay X users, when Stripe is monitoring X users and denying payments to X users that exhibit “wrong speech”?

Affected users are told by Stripe “yes we’ve locked you out of your account (and your money) but if you want to know why, we sent a letter to X and you have to ask them about it.”
X has one person and a shoe string running its live customer service experience, so if you eventually reach a living person for further support on this, that person will simply say “yeah we got a letter saying you violated their ToS.” There is no additional information provided.
Stripe’s ToS only includes “inciting violence” as a relevant breakpoint for X users (speech violations).
Yet in response to this thread, many users came out claiming they had also been locked out of the funds they generated on X.
X management sits idly.
