The grey Rigelians and reptile dragon races can’t come to the surface yet because they need a methane/ sulphur rich environment which is only sustainable underground particularly around volcanoes (Vulcan sulphur death cults). The bypass to this agenda short term is soul scalping human bodies via an ejectable proboscis which comes out of these entities’ spine. It looks like a worm that gets in through your eye, wraps around the optical nerve and then assimilates the consciousness takeover through the hypothalamus. The Illuminaughty black eye club is the result of damage from a proboscis alien attack taking over the host. Watch the 2013 movie ‘The Host’.
