this is literally what they want.. underfed soldiers = less resistance when the elites finally make their move. like imagine a hungry soldier trying to stop whatever they’re planning next.
Meanwhile, the President is threatening every country under the sun that the US will be going to war with them.

You’re a little late to the shutdown party since the election it was meant to influence us now over.
I live near a large base and they have a community food pantry, even during normal times. First off, it’s a bit sad that’s necessary because it means some people in the military aren’t getting paid enough to afford food even in good times. But now with some people furloughed and not getting paid and SNAP benefits being paused, the pantry is seeing a huge increase in usage and has extended the amount of food they are allowing people to take. No sign of them facing shortages yet, but I can’t imagine this will be able to last forever.
Should’ve thought about getting a different job instead of enlisting then.
