This is why you have judges, juries, appeal courts, injunctions, and higher courts.
Systems that the conservative establishment attack as instruments of the fallacy of “activist judges” and a check-and-balance that conservatives want to disempower. If this is actually a conservative establishment viewpoint, you’d think they’d want to do everything in their power to preserve these very constitutional things!

I don’t think Democrats want to jail people who don’t break laws. Steve bannon actually broke laws when he went to jail
