Mind you, a lot of decisions that have backfired have been caused by McSweeney, examples being Labours political strategy and messaging, Peter Mandelson who he advocated for and was well aware of his links to Epstein, prioritising his own allies in the recent cabinet shuffle and putting over people he deems as a ‘threat’ in the firing line and pressing against them

People want to blame him but most of it is stuff decided by Starmer himself and the Labour Right. He’s just like a consulting agency, they already agreed to what he will say
