Of fucking course the article quotes bishop barren, really wish that man would disappear from public life. This is really bad but we will also see how much latitude local hospitals are given in implementing this. Really wish this bigotry would leave the church but I’m not optimistic

the stranglehold that the catholic church has over american hospitals is what makes this so devastating. the societal elite doesn’t want to trans people to be considered human or have decent lives whatsoever
