    > In a press release, Darin Smith, the Interim U.S. Attorney for the District of Wyoming, said that the Justice Department had instructed him and other prosecutors to once again begin charging people for possession of marijuana in national parks and other federal lands.

    >“Marijuana possession remains a federal crime in the United States, irrespective of varying state laws,” Smith said. “The detrimental effects of drugs on our society are undeniable, and I am committed to using every prosecutorial tool available to hold offenders accountable.”

such an easy win for whatever party finally legalizes it, and let’s be honest, everyone knows it will be legal EVENTUALLY. Such a waste of resources dealing with weed.

  3. I mean it sucks but federally it’s still illegal. So no real argument here. I’m pro weed and pro shrooms however I’m for pro following the laws. I had to especially when I owned my grows, processing facilities and dispensaries. I sold my places though due to all the other ppl that don’t follow the rules and regulations making it harder for those that wanted to do things right and provide quality products.
