America’s Allies Should Go Nuclear: Selective Proliferation Will Strengthen the Global Order, Not End It

The danger of nuclear weapons is not so much that someone will willingly launch one and kill millions, but that someone will accidentally launch one and kill millions. No one alive really knows the odds, so I don’t see why we don’t just keep those odds as low as possible.
