Feel like shit just want a small ingle detached home that is 1500 sq feet and has no lawn
I’m sad. The local gelato shop is for sale but it’s unviable. Did some napkin math with a friend on how much we’d need to sell for it to make sense and we’d basically need to expand the entire logistics chain and get rid of all the fun flavours in exchange for razor thin margins.
