The Office of the Prime Minister announced on the 21st that it has completed the formation of the “Government Innovation Control Task Force for Respecting the Constitution” (hereinafter the Control TF) and has begun its full-scale activities.
The Control TF is tasked with inspecting and managing the activities of TFs within each government agency so that their investigations can proceed quickly.
To this end, it is composed of an external advisory group (4 members) to enhance the fairness and objectivity of the investigations, and 20 staff members from the Prime Minister’s Office (including those serving concurrently) to provide practical support.
The external advisory group consists of four experts in each field: Lim Tae-hoon, Director of the Center for Military Human Rights Korea (military), Choi Jong-moon, former Chief of the Jeonbuk Provincial Police Agency (police), Lawyer Kim Jeong-min (law) and Professor Yoon Tae-beom of Korea National Open University (organization and personnel).
They attended an appointment ceremony on this day, presided over by the head of the Office for Government Policy Coordination. Their term runs from today until February 13 next year.
The appointed experts will, in particular, provide in-depth review and opinions on investigations and results related to the military and police, where many suspicions have been raised. They will also give professional advice and consultation on whether there are any flaws in the overall investigation process and whether process management is appropriate from the perspective of organizational and personnel operations.
Under the Control TF, a “Center for Reporting Acts of Insurrection” will also be established. The center will receive reports through various means, including in-person visits, mail, phone, and email. It will then review the credibility of the reports and forward cases deemed to require investigation to the relevant agency TFs.
The Prime Minister’s Office will focus on protecting the anonymity and safety of informants, while also limiting the operation period of the reporting center to December 12 in order to prevent indiscriminate accusations. Separate reporting centers will be set up for each of the 49 central administrative agencies, including 12 key agencies under intensive management.
Meanwhile, the formation of the Constitution-Respecting Government Innovation TFs at each individual agency—who will conduct the actual investigations—is also scheduled to be completed within the day, with full-fledged activities beginning next week.
Yoon Chang-ryeol, head of the Office for Government Policy Coordination (and head of the Control TF), stated,
“The purpose of the Constitution-Respecting Government Innovation TF is, above all, the swift restoration of constitutional order and the integration and stabilization of the civil service.”
He added,
“The Prime Minister’s Office will take responsibility for ensuring that the investigative processes and results of each agency’s TF are fully objective and fair.”

This government is expanding through clean up of insurrectionists to civil services.
Special counsel investigation revealed that Shamans and Moonies have infiltrated state institutions and these “pro-Yoon” officials aided December 3rd insurrection, paralyzing government’s ability to handle Yoon’s insurrection. This “shamanistic mobilization” allowed Yoon to deploy troops to National Assembly through bypassing the command structure of the government which is structured to stop this kind of madness. Most of Yoon’s insane orders such as his plan to cut electricity and water to media outlets got ignored by civil service and security force, but few of orders such as evacuation of an art school for detention purpose managed to get through indicate there were indeed “shamanistic mobilization” within civil service.
As special counsel investigation only focuses on the minister-level officials, the government is expanding the scope of cleanup operation to lower ranks in the civil service. This will help fully dismantle “shamanistic mobilization” structure hidden in the civil service and help strengthening democratic institutions by destroying secret cabals of cultists and shamans.
