Well yeah, she paid other people to do it. Kurt had gotten clean and was coming home from tour to divorce her and cut her out of the Nirvana royalties so she got rid of him first.
Pretty sure I saw one of the guys (fairly certain 3+) who did it playing a show. I went to a local bar that does concerts to go see Boris, a Japanese noise metal band. Their opener was a Seattle music collective named Master Musicians of Bukkake.
