why do ppl just post pictures with no description? can we put in the rules you have to at least provide context for a picture

Seeing these pictures… (and I might have forgotten some of the original story as to why this happened)…
..but why would such a “dangerous” operation if word got out (for those involved) leave a stupid amount of evidence like this? Like enough evidence to trigger an investigation on it’s own if it was found surely?
No reputable place would toss IV needles out like that and along with kids cups?
If it is true then all I can think of is some absolutely bat-shit cult where everyone’s brains have pretty much melted for one reason or another and they couldn’t do the basics of keeping it under wraps.
